1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If you request a refund before the work has started. Once the work is initiated, refunds will only be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges and service costs.
- If you are not satisfied with the final product, and the issue is not resolved through our unlimited revision policy within the allowed time frame.
- If your request falls within the eligibility time frame mentioned in the "Revision" section below.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within the following time frames:
- For work that has not yet started: A full refund will be issued.
- For work in progress or completed work: A refund will be processed after deducting transaction charges if the work has already begun.
- If you are dissatisfied with the project after completion, you must request a refund within 5 days of receiving the final product. After 5 days, no refund requests will be considered, and satisfaction will be assumed.
3. Revision & Refund Eligibility
We offer unlimited revisions within the following guidelines:
- All revision requests must be made within 7 days of the project delivery.
- In exceptional cases, revisions can be requested within 14 days after project completion.
- Once the client is satisfied with the revisions, no further refunds will be provided.
4. Refund for Digital Products or Services
If the services provided involve digital products, including e-books, PDFs, or other digital assets, the following applies:
- We do not provide refunds for digital products once the download link has been provided or the product has been delivered to the client.
- If there is a technical issue or error with the digital product, we will provide a replacement or fix the issue as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be fixed, a refund may be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Services
There are certain situations in which no refunds will be issued. These include, but are not limited to:
- Work that has been delivered according to the client's original requirements.
- After the 5-day period for refund requests has passed.
- Requests for a refund after the project has been completed and accepted by the client.
6. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the process will be as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Barnes Publishing via email or our contact form.
- We will review the refund request and process the refund within 7 business days after approval.
- If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used during the transaction.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Any fees associated with third-party services (such as payment gateway fees, taxes, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
