The Barnes Publishing provides professional service based deliverables. Our refund policy is strict and applies only under specific conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge that results may vary due to industry factors, market behavior, and external influences beyond our control.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. The request must include your full name, email used during signup, project name, payment receipt, and the reason for your request. Refunds are considered only before project kickoff. After project initiation, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
The following services are not eligible for refunds once work has started or deliverables have been provided:
Partial refunds may be considered only when no deliverables have been provided and no production or planning work has been initiated. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review.
Refund evaluations require five to seven business days. If approved, processing may require an additional seven to ten business days depending on the payment provider.
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Cancellation does not guarantee refund eligibility. If any part of the service has begun, the project is classified as non refundable.
Quality concerns must be reported immediately after receiving a draft or deliverable. Our team provides revisions according to the service package purchased. Refunds cannot be requested based on subjective preference once work has been completed.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication are considered a breach of this policy. The Barnes Publishing reserves the right to dispute such claims with documentation of service delivery.
